Great customer service! Amy was very friendly and efficient. I made a reservation on online and received a courtesy call asking did I need a ride to the location today. Upon arrival my car was ready in a timely manner. I will definitely be using this location for the holidays.
Customer service was terrible at this location. We went there straight from the airport. The first thing they said was "what car do you want?" They pointed to a large parking lot, but wouldn't tell us which cars were theirs vs. customers of other businesses. They wouldn't tell us which cars belonged to which rental classes, only pointed to the lot and said "pick one." My mom is elderly and walks with a walker. She couldn't walk the entire lot to pick out a car. Once we asked them specifically to show us which cars were which... read more
