Really bad customer service by Pascal at the Columbia location, wasted my time and they didnt want to rent the car because they couldnt accept my sister's phone number!
Fast check in . I checked in online so when I got there a signature and I was off driving
I needed a two month rental for a car while we were back visiting our former home in Oregon. Enterprise location away from the PDX airport is easy to access, less expensive and personnel or friendly, efficient, and helpful. Compared to Hertz it was half the price.

Excellent experience - as always - with Enterprise. They didn’t have the truck I requested so they gave me an upgrade and let me check around with other enterprises for the truck I desired at no extra cost. The employees are friendly , helpful and kind.
