Reserved a car for noon, got to the location and they didn't have any cars. Don't think they understand what a "reservation" means
Shora Shahryar made me feel like I was with family. I rented a car from the E Burnside location while my car was at the autobody shop. As we all know, having repairs done and being without your vehicle for a stent of time is pretty stressful however, these folks made it painless. I don’t write reviews often however, I feel compelled to give them a “shout out”. Thanks everyone!
