This place constantly switches out their manager. Never had an issue until this current manager, George, took over. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and incompetent. Goes around saying he’s “branch manager.” Shameful that they put someone like this one in such a position. Doesn’t know how to communicate and if he’s doesn’t want to talk with you he’ll “close the reservation.” This place is such a joke and so is he.
Excellent rental experience. Staff was friendly and fast when picking up and returning - the car was new and clean at a reasonable rate.
Connor who assisted me , i came to swap the audi with bigger car. He was so nice and polite and very helpful .. And the other lady that i spoke on the phone also so nice, and helpful
