Great customer service
Worse Experience with a rental car company in my 25 years of renting a car. Being a disabled veteran! I booked online for 60 dollars a day. Enterprise confirmed reservation. I went to the location, they said we don’t have anything available in your class. I had a free double upgrade that they wouldn’t honor, and wouldn’t allow me to rent a car stating it would be 150 dollars a day so my reservation went from 160 for two days to 450. The best enterprise rent a car I have been to. Great customer service and excellent vehicle selection. I had a Chevy Trax for a month and it was a great car. I will recommend anyone to come here if they are ever in need to rent a vehicle.
