Started out a little rocky, but only because I had unrealistic expectations. My pick-you up was running a little late and I thought I would be peeved with them when they arrived. But, after speaking with my driver I found out the kind of crazy day they were having and the delay made perfect sense. Enterprise picked us up at the train depot and took us to our car. The car we were to have had a crack in the windshield, we received an upgrade at no additional charge. I have found Enterprise to be the best rental car company out there. I will rent from them again.
