I made a reservation when I go to pickup the car they take to long to attend the costumer..and then they told me that I can't rent because I have a out of state lisence so how that works??what happens when someone from another state make a reservation to pick on the airport?they have to charge the lisence before renting? That is very stupid. 2 hours waiting to tell me that I can rent because I'm from another state. Unbelievable
Horrible experience today! Guy at the desk was not helpful at all. Im in the military and live overseas, my driver's license address and my credit card address is different and I keep explaining to the guy I live on base and my credit card address is a mail box, which I showed him from my bank statement. After talking to this guy for 30 mins, he denied me a vehicle! Dude said I needed to show him that I have orders stationed in New York! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! The Rubicon was provided and it was beyond expectations. The service the managers provided me was impeccable. First the manager Anisha and the weekend replacement manager Quincy. They both went out of their way to provide full customer satisfaction. I would recommend Enterprise of South Ozone Park to everyone. Not forgetting the rest of the crew, they were all professional and extremely courteous . Thank you Enterprise for making my rental journey smooth and easy.
