Staff didn't even look up to greet or bother to acknowledge me. Waited for a good while before being acknowledged. They didn't have any vehicles available, so maybe it was a good thing I didn't rent at this location.
After a terrible experience with trying to rent a car from Budget for my Mom, we hurried to Enterprise. I showed up 10 minutes before they closed and told them the situation as my Mom was handling the other one. Garrett was very sweet and let me know that it was completely okay that we were there so soon before they closed and that he would help take care of things. You cannot contact the store directly and the agent they give you is a young black woman that’s extremely rude and not helpful AT ALL! This is terrible on the behave of the company to hire useless employees with attitude. I will take my money elsewhere before I’m disrespected by a company I’m spending $ with.
