The staff I dealt with were very professional and took care of my business 15 passenger van rental very well. They worked with me in explaining the best way to do my fuel as I was not going to use that much fuel. We will use them again.
Everything was smooth getting the rental. The only thing I have to complain about is the wait on having to return the car!
I have dealt with many car rental agencies throughout the tri-state area for business as well as personal needs. Best experience with any Enterprise in the state!! Friendly, dependable, no hassles!!!
This location is very unprofessional and everyone claims to be a manager but they all lack managerial skills. Asking a customer whether they want a vehicle or not is one of the things you do not do as a manager. They rather argue back and forth with you to prove a point rather than admitting fault and moving on from it.
