Had a wonderful experience at this Enterprise location. Terron was extremely helpful in getting me in my requested vehicle as they had people delay their returns. He got me into a vehicle right away, and then called me the next day to let me know that they had the type of vehicle I had originally requested. Brandon and Q were also extremely friendly and helpful in the front office. Quan in the detail department got my updated vehicle ready quickly and the car was spotless. I can't say anything bad about Enterprise except they hold a $300 deposit. The employees are friendly, they have a lot of cars and goes the extra mile. The person worked with me was Terron he was professional & friendly.
Brandon and his team are amazing! The customer service, car selection and drop off is always top tier at this location. Know that if you rent from the Courtland branch, you are always in good hands. I’ve used this location for 6 years and im always extremely satisfied. Thanks guys for being awesome!
Very professional, calm, and kind staff, even in the midst of a very busy day when I was there. All of their vehicles were booked, but one by one, they took care of everyone, without an overly excessive wait time. I waited 30 minutes in total, which is longer than I would have liked, but I understand. I was disappointed at first with receiving a Nissan Versa since I ordered from the Standard Special class and thought the Versa was a downsize, but after further review, that vehicle was acceptable for the class I ordered.
