For the volume this location must do, this team is really great. This was a rental for a work trip and will likely use this location again for future work trips. I completed the check-in process online beforehand since it was the Tuesday after MDW and had to get on the road. When I got there, there were a few people in line. This is a great place with great rates, love Enterprise and will always use them
This location has horrible customer service. Making a reservation for a specific car & time is pointless. you get there & still have to wait an hour or more for a car, just for them to give you what is available. This has happened to me on more than one occasion.
Attempting rental at this place is by far worse rental experience in my life, and i do rentals often. Booked a car, checked in, was ready to pick up my car at 9am to go to the mountains. Waited for two hours (although only a few people were before me), for no apparent reason. After two hours, they did not give me my rental. Reason: I had my spouses credit, and my own debit card. They would accept only credit card with my name on it (my debit card with my name was not good for them somehow). No one even tried resolving the si... read more
