Do not rent from this location. Very inexperienced, unprofessional staff. I live in FL and I left my driver’s license at a restaurant. With the restaurant being closed the following day and knowing that I was going to be traveling, I stopped by the FL DMV who printed me off a temporary license which included a ‘wet’ signature. The first place that I rented a car was from Avis at SFO where I had no issue. Good customer service Kaely, the manager and her team are great, they have a good selection of vehicles. I recommend you make a reservation. The vehicle I received was clean and had a full tank.
Friendly customer service agents. My original rental was dirty, so they offered to switch it out with a cleaner car. Easy pick up and drop off process. Located next door to a gas station which makes it convenient to fill up when returning. I rented thru the Costco website. This location gave the best rate in the area. Will rent from this location again.
