Great atmosphere and great economical cars
The good, they had a Tesla which I wanted. The bad, waited too long to get the car, dirty windows and mirrors, under inflated tires, and I had a problem with valet mode that they didn't help me with after repeated requests.
After making a reservation and confirming w Chris over the phone my rental would be 135 till the next day for a small suv he then stated he didn't have any that newport did at same rate. Then at newport they stated it be 135 till tommorow evening then end up charging 194 what liars!
I do not recommend this place at all. I normally do not write reviews, but my experience has been so awful that I have to write this review. While my car was in an auto body shop, the auto body shop provided me with a rental car from this specific place. So the auto body shop was supposed to be charged for the rental. However months later, they charged my card without my authorization. It is now 7 days later and i have been spending time out of my day, calling each day for an update for my refund.
