After making a reservation and confirming w Chris over the phone my rental would be 135 till the next day for a small suv he then stated he didn't have any that newport did at same rate. Then at newport they stated it be 135 till tommorow evening then end up charging 194 what liars!
I do not recommend this place at all. I normally do not write reviews, but my experience has been so awful that I have to write this review. While my car was in an auto body shop, the auto body shop provided me with a rental car from this specific place. So the auto body shop was supposed to be charged for the rental. However months later, they charged my card without my authorization. It is now 7 days later and i have been spending time out of my day, calling each day for an update for my refund. I had an excellent experience with Enterprise, and I want to especially recognize the outstanding service provided by the manager, Chris. From the moment I walked in, Chris was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. He made the rental process smooth and efficient, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Branch Manager Cynthia Hernandez went out of her way to give me the best experience I could want. She was on the run, helping numerous customers, but kept a positive attitude, and made sure everyone was satisfied. The only downside. The car I got was extremely filthy. Wasn't washed, and there was so much dirt and crumbs inside! A week after returning my car, I let a worker named Jannic know how filthy the car was, and he knocked $30 off the total to make up for the inconvience. Thank you so much!
