Keep getting charges after the rental that are not approved by me first. 0/5
I would give this experience zero stars if I could. Negative stars, even. I rented a car through an insurance claim two weeks ago. I had the car September 22nd through the 26th. I returned it to Gerber Collision, per Enterprise instructions and happily drove off in my fixed car. I even saw the car i rented back on the lot later THAT VERY EVENING. Imagine my surprise when i woke up Saturday (Oct 4) to find my bank account short $300. I call Enterprise customer service and she says "Don't you still have possession of the car? ... read more
The staff at this location works so incredibly hard to make sure everyone is taken care of and happy. I see them get treated poorly by other customers and it really makes me sad. The manager at this location has been working super hard to make it a better place, give this man a raise and more employees enterprise!
Horrible experience with returning. I returned my rental early due to purchasing a new one. Instead of refunding me the days I didn't use the car I was charged. I have now been dealing with trying to get that refunded and then get my actual refund and for four days now and getting nowhere!
