This Enterprise locations isn’t horrible, but the one in Highlands Ranch is better. The facility is a bit run down, but if you’re renting a car who cares. One of the cars I rented from here was clearly rented by somebody who smoked in the car, so I wasn’t bananas about that. Another thing that rubbed me the wrong way was when I was the only person in the lobby and an employee answered the phone and said, “Can you please hold we have a full lobby.” Why lie? Just say you’re busy and you’ll get to them in a minute.
Owen helped me with my rental car. He is a very professional and friendly employee and Enterprise is lucky to have him.
The team was super helpful especially Lily! She made sure everything was prepped and created a great experience and atmosphere, can’t recommend enough!
