Attempted to contact this location after exhausting online reservation options. Called the number listed here but was rerouted to the main reservations line who [not surprisingly] could not help but instead put me in contact with them directly. So, a few minutes on the phone just to get the Lakewood location to say "Hello" then the lady 'transferred' me to the local reservations department and... hung up. Find another rental car agency. The time you don't waste will be more valuable than any savings you're hoping to gain.

This Enterprise locations isn’t horrible, but the one in Highlands Ranch is better. The facility is a bit run down, but if you’re renting a car who cares. One of the cars I rented from here was clearly rented by somebody who smoked in the car, so I wasn’t bananas about that. Another thing that rubbed me the wrong way was when I was the only person in the lobby and an employee answered the phone and said, “Can you please hold we have a full lobby.” Why lie? Just say you’re busy and you’ll get to them in a minute.
