The only reason for two is the staff at the lake st (Minneapolis) enterprise were as nice as they could be. The company, a 1 . Avoid if you value your dignity and self worth. Three separate attempts to rent the vehicle that their site says is available. All three times I was called just before pick up to be told they would not have my rental. I want to publicly commend and thank Brenna for her compassion and service when the downtown branch left me with no car. We had a confirmed reservation to pick up the car in downtown Minneapolis. Less than an hour before we were going to pick it up we received a call from the local office informing us that they had no cars available. Although he professed to be very sorry he offered no suggestions or ideas of what to do. It turned a scheduled day of outings into a crisis. Rented a minivan for a 1000 mile round trip to move my student. The van fit a full size mattress and all the rest. Van was clean and well maintained. Cost was reasonable.
Even after six years, this location time and time again impresses me.
