I had a amazing experience at the south Minneapolis enterprise on lake Street. I most definitely will be back to this location.
Great staff. Easy pickup and drop off.
Pang is the man. Off to a rough start with no car available 30 mins prior to my reserved pickup time. However Pang was empathetic and apologetic (what you want when things don't go right) and he was persistent. Found me a better vehicle, gave me a discount for the delay and inconvenience, and made things right. Nice work!
The only reason for two is the staff at the lake st (Minneapolis) enterprise were as nice as they could be. The company, a 1 . Avoid if you value your dignity and self worth. Three separate attempts to rent the vehicle that their site says is available. All three times I was called just before pick up to be told they would not have my rental. When I did finally get one, it of course cost me more $ to get it from the metro. Over 300$ more and an hour and a half drive. The vehicle ended up breaking down on me in the back roads... read more
