I was given a great quote & the rep in the phone & in person was extremely nice. The car on the other was a big nasty. The back seats has something white on them as well as the back floor mat. When I picked up my car I noticed that it was dirty inside and out. It reaked of cigarette smoke. II expected a clean car if nothing else. When I looked at the service agreement that was emailed to me it said I had called back after pickup to report a problem. This was not true and my complaint about it was dismissed when I returned the car. I was told "we rent many cars every day we probably got you mixed up with someone else." They work with you and get you in and out they have a very good attitude no matter how big or small the problem is
This location of Enterprise has always gone above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied Customers.
Very nice e staff, nice car with great gas mileage.
Staff was very professional and timely in their services through and through.
Services a little slow, other than that everything was great.
The service was ok but really slow. The car we got had a passenger door that sounded like it was going to fall off. The tire pressure light stayed on, and I had to buy fuses to repair the 12v outlets so we could charge our mobile devices and GPS.
