If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. We made our reservation online the day before and completed all the required information in advance so we could pick up our rental vehicle at 8:00 AM without any delays. It is now almost 10:00 AM, and we are still waiting. The most frustrating part is that there are three employees here, but only one lady appears to be doing all the work. Reserved a full size vehicle and was given a sub compact suv and was threatened by sales associate that if I did not take the sub compact vehicle he was giving me, i recorded the whole conversation after he tried charging me for an upgrade for not having a full size vehicle I reserved. The fact that he threatened me of not getting any car after showing him my corporate agreement says if they don’t have my full size vehicle i reserved they give me free upgrade to 1 of the 3 minivans on lot or luxury full size equivalent they ... read more
