I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car - 112-01 Queens Blvd. From the moment I picked up the car and left the location, the vehicle was nothing but a problem. As soon as I drove away, the tire pressure warning light came on showing low air pressure. I immediately called and informed them, and they told me to come back. Have been using the Forest Hills location for almost four years now and they are always courteous, attentive, and ready to help when needed. Would never use another company or location for any rental use. Renee, Jorge, and Howie are great.
