Amazing staff keep up the great customer service you provide
Had rented from here multiple times. Never an issue. Recently rented a car (May 2026). 3 weeks after returning the car got a letter in the mail saying there was damage to a quarter panel. The car was returned and inspected by an employee, and there were no issues. Currently DRU is investigating. I will say everyone there has always been very nice. I had a great experience renting a vehicle from Enterprise. They provided me with a Chrysler Pacifica in excellent technical condition — clean, neat, and very comfortable. Problem w GPS . Waiting to hear if compensated as I was lost several times, so lost I couldn’t return car by deadline, paid extra tolls unnecessarily.
