Have been using the Forest Hills location for almost four years now and they are always courteous, attentive, and ready to help when needed. Would never use another company or location for any rental use.
Friendly and helpful staff. The vehicle I rented had a mechanical issue which I noticed immediately. Staff helped me swap it out for a replacement vehicle which actually was better and had a lower price. Five stars to the staff and four stars for the experience. Will rent from here again.
Renting with enterprise is always a breeze, for more than 10 years renting at the Forest Hills, NY location I have never had one issue great staff at this location.
I‘ve rented the cars with different companies in various locations, but this one offers the best service so far. Renee was very helpful and nice. The process was very smooth.
