Like some have shared, we had a horrible experience also. I would not recommend this business . We had a scheduled reservation and we did most of the check-in process online to save time. Despite being one of the first clients in line, we waited very very long only to be told nothing was available. The employees seem careless and unconcerned. Not a reliable company. The manager Jorge did nothing to fix the situation.
