The Ala Moana location is way better. Fast and friendly service, the manager and staff at that location are awesome.
I got rear ended took my car to the shop insurance suggested I go through enterprise.I have a suv they rented me a smaller car instead I thought enterprise was supposed to match my car I ended up getting a smaller car the lady said it is a suv so I called customer service they told me the manager was going to call me I waited 5 hours and it was close when I called them. The lady was very rude didn’t want to listen to me now all my kids are all camped up in a small car.
