Dealt with these folks a few times. It's always been a good transaction as expected without surprises.
Person that served us was great the car was not cleaned good at all I had to take the smoke ashes out of the car still smells of smoke she did offer to exchange ,but we did clean ourselves few times .
My experience was 5 star at Enterprise on Innisfil Street, all because of Holly Maheu. She was patient during my renting experience, and when I returned the vehicle, she was so friendly, calm and reassuring. I will always recommend this place. Make sure you ask for Holly!
Staff is very friendly, both both on drop off and pick up the wait times are crazy. This was just an insurance rental, but please hire me staff.
Enterprise needs to ensure that their rentals are road worthy and safe My rental was could not go over 60 klm due front end issues
