Nelson said he's the manager, his team gave me wrong pricing and didn't follow through on calling me when they were able to get me an electric option as that's what's I have being repaired and I drive a ton so I dont want to incur gas costs too. When addressing these things with Nelson, he spoke over me just about every time I was speaking, called him out on that and he continued to do so. Excellent service at best prices anywhere. Holly is delightful. Nelson was very helpful. I forget the name of the person who first helped me on the phone but he was fabulous as well. The shuttle driver was also really nice. Don’t bother looking anywhere else.
Nelson and the team are fantastic. Always working fast to get you back on the road. Highly recommend!
