I like the convenience of the location to my home. The staff is very courteous. They always look out for my best interest. However, like the other reviews, I dont like the rental deposit. I guess they've had bad experiences with previous renters that has caused this to be put on place. They should rethink that practice and policy.
Don’t understand a deposit. You’ve paid for the rental, then why deposit. Other companies don’t ask for a deposit. They must be drawing interest off the monies that are in the bank from the deposit We tender.
RecommendedThe only thing that I don’t is the $200.00 credit card deposit. I can go to other great rental companies and I only have to pay for the cost of the car. Otherwise, excellent.
They always take care of my needs I been going to this location for over 5 years. The staff is awesome A+ Customer Service and Lauren is Amazing. No complaints from me
