I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario! They provided me with an excellent vehicle, and I truly appreciated the exceptional assistance from Md Ferdous and Jacob. Their professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I will definitely rent from them again and highly recommend their services!
I rented a car from the 1475 Aerowood Drive location through the Personal insurance company. First and foremost, when one receives a rental through an insurance company, the car insurance from the client's car is transferred to the rental car. Therefore, there is absolutely no need to have a separate insurance from Enterprise added to the rental. Worst car rental ever. The car they gave me was only 2 years old but smelled/stunk like an old gym bag. There were no floor mats and the front carpet was stained and ripped, showing metal floor underneath. They were very fussy about any exterior damage but the car already had several scrapes and marks when they gave it to me. It appears they charge customers for damage but never use that money to fix the damage. When I complained, they only gave me $10 discount/credit on my bill. A complete disgrace and rip-off.
