The customer service was extraordinary. I had trouble with the website and the manager fixed the problem which could have cost me 500+! The rate was reasonable and the representatives all treated us very well. Each person I worked with was pleasant and accommodating. I will continue to rent from Enterprise. Made a trip to FL so much easier.
I have rented from Enterprise many times in the last 12 years. Their customer service in the Batavia NY and Rochelle NJ offices is top notch. All the representatives/employees have gone out of their way to help me and all were very polite and friendly. In fact, in the Batavia Office, I can pay with my Social Security Debit Credit Card with no hassles. The cars are wonderful too. It's so much fun to drive a brand new car without any worries. I will definitely rent cars from them many more times in the coming years. Helen
