Dave helped me when I was in a bind. Very great service even when they have a system screw up which almost left us without a vehicle. Very thankful for the help and humanity behind the counter at this place!!

In August 2025, I booked a car rental through Rentalcars.com to pick up a rental car at the Escanaba, Michigan airport on December 25, 2025. I flew into Escanaba on December 19, 2025, and met with Brandi (I believe that was her name) at the rental car counter to confirm everything. I explained that I was driving to Chicago to catch an international flight, so it was important that everything with the car rental lined up.
