Car broke down on vacation. Over an hour trip to get rental, had a small issue and couldn't get rental first day of trying but was able to get one first thing the next morning. Staff was very helpful and gave a free upgrade for the issues. Thank you again for all the help in our time of need!!! I will be recommending this location to my family who travels in the upper peninsula often!!
