I left my mercedes car for service and needed a rental. To my surprise got the best Rental experience ever from the young man at the service desk. Mr. Pastor you're the best.
I went to Mercedes Benz of Miami to get my vehicle fixed and rented a car from Enterprise. I returned the car in perfect conditions with the right amount of gas, and I was not supposed to pay for the rental vehicle, since my vehicle was being fixed at the Mercedes shop. This company, however, charged me 81 dollars for those 4 days that my vehicle was at the shop. Also, they charged me 2 weeks later without even contacting me!
