Use Vroom car rental instead, It's cheaper and everything can be done online

Returned my vehicle at 8 am nobody was at the front desk. I dropped the keys off in the drop box. 9 hours later, after two flights including 3 hr layover I got to the new airport, and nobody had closed my reservation at this location. Causing me not to be able to get a rental because I was WAITING for someone to do their job. Worst Enterprise experience to date. August 29, 2024

If your website says that you are open from 6:30-7:30pm, I expect to be able to pick up my reserved vehicle within that time. I waited 10 minutes past 6:30 and no one ever showed up- the airport itself looked empty. We had a reservation online and A CONFIRMATION NUMBER. Luckily I didn’t absolutely NEED a car tonight, but what would have happened if I did? Absolutely ridiculous that the number posted for customer service was to the main street office- which was closed. Thanks for nothing :/
