Super friendly employees great experience
We had a larger luxury sedan reserved for our CA trip about three weeks in advance. When we go to pick it up, they do not have it. Instead they offered us a smaller car which was very shaky and noisy on the freeway. This is t the first time we have had problems getting the car we reserved. Seems they don’t care to get what you reserve.

Enterprise in Cedar City is the very best available. They are so courteous on the phone and even better in person!!! Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast!!!! In and out with my rental car in less than 15 minutes!!!
Such wonderful people!! This was my first time renting and they were so helpful! I had so many questions (probably dumb ones) and they were reassuring! Customer service was great! Wade and Kyle were the ones who helped me I believe! I got off a box of pizzas they were all so awesome! Everyone there deserves a raise! Especially working the Holiday season!
Enterprise is the best! Free upgrade, great car, Hyundai Santa Fe. Fantastic customer service. Why would you go anywhere else?
