I work at Diva's next door and it's really disgraceful how the employees of this Enterprise continue to take the parking on state street IN FRONT OF DIVAS that is meant for the dancers of Diva's. Everyday Enterprise puts vulnerable women as risk because we have to park farther down state street and walk alone to get to our place of employment. 11 different women do this every day. SHAME ON ENTERPRISE!! I will never use their services.

We used Enterprise in a far from ideal situation. Our car broke down almost 500 miles from our home. Needed to go home and get our truck and trailer to bring the broken car home for repair. Made the reservation on line. Rented a economy car, it was a nice ride and worked well for us. The agent at the store front was courteous and efficient. Got us on the road quickly. Thank you Enterprise!!!
Like a few of the posts I did not have any issues with the pick up or return. I would like to have the associate spend a little more time explaining things and have physical documentations handed to us at the completion of the transaction.
