Dr. Pola is wonderful - however, office does not appear to save room for emergency or (urgent) appointments where you'd like your dog seen within a few days. This forces you to go to an ER vet. This happened to us 3 times with 2 different dogs so we have gone to an urgent care vet for a bit and now we consider establishing elsewhere. However, because we truly think he's awesome, we are undecided. I highly recommend saving at least a short window for at least 1 furry patient every day or two who have urgent matters.
