Not sure about the plumbing, but the driver of the van on I-95 ensured I won’t use their services.
At my new home I had a question why my bbq wouldn’t hook up to the gas line. Technician told me my bbq will only run on propane. So - a 5 min Service call consisting of a chat and no work done cost me $135. I was told it normally is $180 and I was getting a deal. Total rip off. Will not use them again. Manager didn’t even have the decency to call me back to discuss.
Fantastic experience, twice! Once for gas, once for plumbing. Super responsive. Same day or next day appointments. On time, knowledgeable and reasonable. Will use again!
