Best customer service received from Te Rapa branch. No fluffing around, had a car chosen and was out with the paperwork sorted in less than an hour. Very friendly team.
Probably one of the easiest purchases made. Fantastic customer experience, second car brought from Enterprise motor group 10/10.
Summary: Do not trust the website information regarding car location, hours and ORC (compare their trademe listing on same car). Ring before you visit to check, especially if you are out of town. Their poor information caused me a run around, waste of time and to miss out on a car I was keen on. Additional comment. Any ORC related costs should be included in the price, obscuring that pricing component is a gross tactic. This is true for all car yards that play this game.
