Nobody ever picks up what’s going on?
I had a series of problems with Enterprise. When I called the customer service no. conversations were repeatedly cut off and ended abruptly before I had a chance to ask questions. I called the escalation dept twice and the first time the conversation ended abruptly again and the second time she told me a $9 "convenience fee" on my bill was not a fee they imposed and then cut me off again. Unable to reach in order to resolve a situation when they are supposedly the only department capable of resolving. 0 stars are rarely ever warranted, but this is rarified air. Their contact phone # is a dead end of unanswered prompts and recycled recordings. This is also the number your local Enterprise will provide to you, and your local Enterprise will say there's nothing they can do. Horrible business practice.
