Very knowledgeable on the tankless water heater he attempted to repair but ultimately manufacturer supplied a brand new unit to us. All went smoothly once new unit was received. Great to have my hot water back!

Good experience. Good product. Did not install extended vent pipe was told he would- left for maintenance folks that will come annually to service hot water tank

Fantastic to work with, meet with them the day after contacting and within five days the tankless water heater was delivered and installed. Leon called that evening to make sure that I was comfortable with it and to see if I had any questions.
