Basically I was robbed by the Alamo in Panama City, Panama. See pics. These are the pics taken by Panama City Alamo office and sent to my email. There is nothing about the vehicle upon my return that warrants an 80 dlls cleaning fee. They even act like gang members in that office, and lie about who is in charge. They are very disrespectful and condescending and work together to take advantage of people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company is worse than in a 4th world country. Even Luna from the enterprise call center stated " I try to avoid sending customers to the escalation department as I here time and time again how rude they are and don't want customers treated like that" Today Corey more rude than a 4th world country and Andres the other day both from Escalation dept. I gave Enterprise ample time to resolve this before leaving a review. After my vehicle was wrecked, I was initially placed in a Nissan Rogue. The branch manager informed me I would need to swap it out once other vehicles became available. When I returned, I was told I would receive a full size sedan, but was instead given a Nissan Sentra (a compact), which is a downgrade. Great layout, just wish the IT department area was larger to accommodate multiple groups visiting at the same time.
