I gave Enterprise ample time to resolve this before leaving a review. After my vehicle was wrecked, I was initially placed in a Nissan Rogue. The branch manager informed me I would need to swap it out once other vehicles became available. When I returned, I was told I would receive a full size sedan, but was instead given a Nissan Sentra (a compact), which is a downgrade. Great layout, just wish the IT department area was larger to accommodate multiple groups visiting at the same time.

If you’re a customer on hold you have to hear the same advertisement over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over I think the goal is to drive you crazy and make you want to hang up.

Hello on June 3rd i booked a reservation for a 7 passenger van for the dates July 28- August. A week before my reservation was scheduled to be picked up i received info from my sister who rented from you all that there was a recall on the vans so she had to end up getting accommodated for a expedition. Even though enterprise never called and relayed anything about the recall. I called Wednesday the 23rd of July to ensure that i would be accommodated and would be able to get a vehicle.
