This company is worse than in a 4th world country. Even Luna from the enterprise call center stated " I try to avoid sending customers to the escalation department as I here time and time again how rude they are and don't want customers treated like that" Today Corey more rude than a 4th world country and Andres the other day both from Escalation dept. I gave Enterprise ample time to resolve this before leaving a review. After my vehicle was wrecked, I was initially placed in a Nissan Rogue. The branch manager informed me I would need to swap it out once other vehicles became available. When I returned, I was told I would receive a full size sedan, but was instead given a Nissan Sentra (a compact), which is a downgrade. Great layout, just wish the IT department area was larger to accommodate multiple groups visiting at the same time.

If you’re a customer on hold you have to hear the same advertisement over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over I think the goal is to drive you crazy and make you want to hang up.
