They never have the car you reserved the employees in port charlotte are rude and nasty!!!!!! Customer service never did anything never got a call back..... totally disgusting!!!!!

If it was possible to give no stars I would!!!!!This company seems to have issues correcting issues dealing with one of their local locations!! I have gotten an auto reply response on my original post. As well as email blow off type responses from them today. For convenience I will post my review by copy and paste here for the location near me. If anything changes I will update. Horrible experience! Car was unsafe for my family. Don't ever use Enterprise Rental Car. Also, called 6 times and sent 3 emails and management will not call me back.
