I used this company for over 20 years before I learned the shady practices they use. here is a VERY brief story. In California it is obviously required that proof of insurance is required when registering a vehicle. They have always request insurance from our broker prior to delivering a vehicle. Not this time. They decided to use an insurance cert from another company we own in order to deliver this truck.
