This is the worse rental place I had ever utilized. My husband and I rented a 2500 Dodge Ram and the only 2 employees they had at the time were Letrice and Kaily. We asked both of them 3 times if the vehicle we were renting was diesel because we needed to tow a trailer and they said YES. The next day when we go to put diesel (as told), the vehicle wouldn't move. I also did not receive a contract at the time I took the vehicle. Letrice said it was going to be emailed to me.
