Originally had this company out to install our roof which was completed to our satisfaction in 2020. Had them back out after some extreme hail storms to find the company had changed quite drastically. Became irate when we wouldn't file a cosmetic damage claim, began screaming and cussing when we asked what warrantees covered. Eventually hung up stating that we as consumers "know nothing" and "need to just shut up and let professionals talk". An insane and very disappointing change.
