Was charged for a parking ticket that was issued after I already returned the vehicle. After contacting them to discuss this multiple times, I recieved no response. The car provided to me in winter had bald, all-season tires and was not safe to drive in snow which was multiple days of the rental. I had booked the car rental through a different enterprise location, but when the driver (who drove dangerously, and aggressively) picked me up he dropped me off at this location instead. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE APP MALWARE After downloading their app, I have cyber criminals playing with my device. It's definitely enterprise company that is responsible. Even if I report them now, they have access so we might as well turn off our phones and return to the no IT days Zero tolerance for actors Ask questions, because they will not provide information about membership. Example is withholding information about insurance, withholding information and then closing the conversation with a solution that ultimately wastes you... read more
