Had a great experience when our dealership had to get us a loaner, TJ on front desk was amazing as was the whole team.
Worst experience with the staff here
My first experience was great. Went in and got the car just in 10 minutes and even the return was also very simple and quick. The great thing is they don't charge our credit card until we go and get the car. This is very convenient in case we cancel our reservation at the last minute. Staff were also very nice and everything was online no paperwork. I saw a lot of good cars available even though I tried their compact option. The prices too are reasonable.
i wish i could give 0 stars if i could. JUSTIN is a piece of work. i called at 5:35pm to update my account and he left me on hold until close so he didn’t have to help me….. unbelievable. i needed to use my account tonight and couldn’t do it. i hope he does better and understands how costumer service works if he wants to be in it.
