Beware – Poor Service and Unfair Policies I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others about my experience with Enterprise Car Share. This company has serious issues with customer service and transparency. Their customer service rep advised that the code I found online on their site isn't applicable to me (only applicable to people living in a specific condo). She then proceeded to say I have an option of accepting another promo code that's barely a deal or don't join Enterprise car share at all. I called her out that posting and advertising a promo code that's applicable to only a few people is false advertising. Why even make a post and advertise it out publicly?
