We had requested a Mustang convertible for the day so my husband called to make sure it was available and as usual it was not. However Ryan was determined to get me a convertible of some kind. She told my husband that there should be a Jeep truck coming back the time we needed it. The truck didn't arrive in time but she went above and beyond for us, there was a Jeep Wrangler at another Enterprise and it was ready. She took off to go get it with her Manager.
