Entergy keeps trying to take $377 out of my account after I have paid them $438 to get my electricity turned back on . This is the third time they have gone into my account to take out $377.and they have overdrawn me three times in the last three weeks. I paid them on November 7th. Today is the 16th and it is 2:00 in the morning and they have just overdrawn my account again trying to take out money after I have paid this bill! I am absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service displayed by the associates at Entergy. The Associate misunderstood my request and escalated the situation. It is apparent that the customer service associates lack training.
