Power goes out every single time it rains and they claim it's cuz of thunder and lightning and there is no thundering. Lightning won't even tell me why it keeps going out. On their website it says they thoroughly fix it but obviously not
Clearly nobody has anything good to say about this company and I’m about to add to it. I signed up for electricity at the beginning of the week thinking before I moved in at the end of the week it’ll be turned on it’s now Saturday and there telling me my identity needs to be verified after I gave them my full social, lease agreement, and id # after I gave them all of this they said it will take 3-10 business days to get it verified so now I have to buy a generator because entergy believes I’m not who I say I am.
