Our power partially went out AFTER the weak category 1 Hurricane passed through. We called last night and they said they’d send someone, got no updates, then called two more times today, and now finally am receiving updates via text message. It’s tragic to remember Gulf States Utilities and what it has become now. Anyhow, I’ll update on this in 3 days, when they claim it will be restored (they already moved it back a day and a half to be repaired).
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOBODY HAS ANY IDEA WHAT'S GOING ON. POOR PHONE SUPPORT (AI) STINCKS.
Power goes out every single time it rains and they claim it's cuz of thunder and lightning and there is no thundering. Lightning won't even tell me why it keeps going out. On their website it says they thoroughly fix it but obviously not
Clearly nobody has anything good to say about this company and I’m about to add to it. I signed up for electricity at the beginning of the week thinking before I moved in at the end of the week it’ll be turned on it’s now Saturday and there telling me my identity needs to be verified after I gave them my full social, lease agreement, and id # after I gave them all of this they said it will take 3-10 business days to get it verified so now I have to buy a generator because entergy believes I’m not who I say I am. This is the worst compared to me.You can ever use the most expensive.They will overcharge you by eight hundred thousand times the normal price do not use and run do not use them.Do not use, do not use.Do not use you've been warned
