Would be 0 stars if I could, this company is an embarrassment. They create it to where you can’t change your provider and then do a terrible job at the one thing they’re supposed to do. A simple branch on the line can cause hundreds of people to go without power for almost 12 hours at this point and this is after they are raising prices for no reason. Disgraceful and lazy should be the company motto.

Wish I could give 0 stars, currently w/o power in a new apt where my account was set up 5 days before move in and to be connected. I've been here for 3 days now, no power. Over a week they couldn't get their job done. It's very disappointing and frustrating that Entergy does not have ANY phone support outside of 7-7 M-F, because its the weekend and I am thoroughly PO'd... Screw Entergy.
This is the worst company EVER!! Power goes off for no damn reason. Electronics and clocks be aware. They don’t issue any credit and I was told “at least you weren’t charged!” We are forced to give one star, it deserves ZERO stars!!!!!
