Trying to call to pay my bill and they said call between 7am & 7pm. It is 5pm and im trying to pay these losers. They better not cut me off
I just moved in a and my service was turned off do to someone being dead left a open account
Would be 0 stars if I could, this company is an embarrassment. They create it to where you can’t change your provider and then do a terrible job at the one thing they’re supposed to do. A simple branch on the line can cause hundreds of people to go without power for almost 12 hours at this point and this is after they are raising prices for no reason. Disgraceful and lazy should be the company motto.
