If I could leave 0 stars I would. Power outage for 84 people across the area and I called them to ask for an update the ***** had an attitude. I have an aquarium with very expensive fish and they told me the power would not be restored until 6pm it’s 4pm now and if they die they said they could do nothing about it
There is no worse company than Entergy
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We pay, on average, $250-300 a month. Our power has gone out multiple times this year (from 10 min worth of rain!!). Our neighborhood is usually the first to go out & last to be restored. TRASH.
We have had so many power outages this year and you can guarantee that if it’s on a weekend that you will not have power again for minimum 24 hours. Customer service line doesn’t give you any updates, just an answering service. The amount of times we have had to replace food in our fridge is ridiculous.
