If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We pay, on average, $250-300 a month. Our power has gone out multiple times this year (from 10 min worth of rain!!). Our neighborhood is usually the first to go out & last to be restored. TRASH.
We have had so many power outages this year and you can guarantee that if it’s on a weekend that you will not have power again for minimum 24 hours. Customer service line doesn’t give you any updates, just an answering service. The amount of times we have had to replace food in our fridge is ridiculous.
Entergy has terrible customer service. I moved to a new home and they turned off my power, then claimed they would have it back on by the end of the day (which was a Friday). They then sent an update in the app saying they would turn it on the next day. I received no information, and I highly doubt they will turn the power on over the weekend.
Customer service is absolute garbage. 4 different people saying 4 different reasons as to why our power is out, but being lied to 4 different times, one of them from a supervisor. When you say “they are on site to fix the issue” and I look outside and continuously look outside for them but no one is there, you are a liar. When the supervisor says, “why are you not accepting what the previous customer service representatives have told you?
