This is a scam “company” which used its monopoly over New Orleans to destroy your wallet. Their “level” billing somehow is a different and higher amount each month. Their automatic payments somehow conveniently don’t automatically pay bills so they can short you late fees. Legal criminals.
Worst energy company ever. I really wish they had another company to use.
New Orleans need another source of electricity company. This one is by far the worse ever since the beginning.
The absolute worse! They can't even take account when they are clearly wrong. They will get on here say call the customer service # which gets you absolutely NO WHERE
