Excellent for charging every month, but to return a deposit they are bad, I have been waiting for a year for the check to arrive.

Electricity via Entergy is NOT dependable here in New Orleans and it’s 2025. Spotty communications about outages even though I called to confirm push notifications. Sun is shining, power goes out for hours. No reason, no explanation. Nothing.
Yall sent an email *yesterday* stating that the bill was due on the 30th, however I just came home to no power on account of "unpaid bills" as per today's email.. which I have now completed. Let's see how long it takes yall to turn it back on... You know, many of us now work from home... I should bill YOU for lost wages, ha.
