Recently moved to New Orleans and appalled with how unreliable and backward Entergy is as a service provider. Electricity was shut off at my place and after calling to sort it out, I was told there is no way to re-start it unless I go through an identity verification process that can take “2-10 days.” I have never heard of an electricity company that can keep people without power that long who are willing to pay and provide the necessary information. Internet says they open at 7am got there they are closed. Open at 8am.
Home purchased and entergy states there is service when there is no service and refuse to check on it. Laziness. So there is no power until they realize the service is off and Property just been purchased. Sad.
Excellent for charging every month, but to return a deposit they are bad, I have been waiting for a year for the check to arrive.
