Constant power outages and poor customer service. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Reporting to them to the PUC and our senators for regulation and I recommend anyone else reading these reviews to report them as well. They are taking advantage of us and need to be removed as our power source.
It's really bad!!! ZERO customer service!!! Impossible to create account on line! No one will talk to us. We need to set up debit payments. This company is a joke. I DID CALL YOUR NUMBER, YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO HELP SET UP DEBIT. THEN I TRIED ON MY PHONE AND GET ERRORS, CALL SYSTEM ADMIN. I GO HOME, SET UP COMPUTER, AND GET A RUNAROUND TO A FAILED! I am new to the Entergy community but I have never seen such a terrible power company. The power goes out constantly - rain or shine - with no warning or explanation. If it goes off it’s off for at LEAST 3-4 hours but can easily be 2 days. It’s very careless and I don’t feel they truly care about their customers to give no communication and lack the drive to get power back on ASAP.
