Worst customer service ever my service was disconnected as I moved out in July and I was told I was going to get a refund of $413 and to wait six weeks as that is their investigation. Called six weeks later said that it was sent to me yet I’ve never received it. Recently moved to New Orleans and appalled with how unreliable and backward Entergy is as a service provider. Electricity was shut off at my place and after calling to sort it out, I was told there is no way to re-start it unless I go through an identity verification process that can take “2-10 days.” I have never heard of an electricity company that can keep people without power that long who are willing to pay and provide the necessary information. I just want to thank Entergy for throwing their customers to the wolves by selling their gas to Delta utilities!! I just got my bill from them and I only used .32 CCF of gas because my water heater has been off and my bill was as much as it was with Entergy when I used a full month of gas! Thanks so much for putting your customers first I really appreciate it!! Now I am almost certainly not gonna be able to afford my gas bill!!
I sat in my house with no lights no AIR for 7 hours with no explanation no supervisor no corporate office number or personal. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! WHATS THE DAMN POINT FOR NEW ORLEANS KEEPING ENERGY AS A COMPANY? When this is constantly occurring with all the new meters and staff? Moral of the story I’m sweating in my own house@3am and ENERGY IS A TRASHY COMPANY!
