UPDATE: Now can't pay bills online using Samsung internet. Browser no longer supported. Another ' smart' move by Entergy. Guess it's back to snail mail for YOU. Absolutely useless. Turned out the rest of my town after hurricane Francine but left my street and two other streets without power but turn the power back on for the rest of my town leaving use without power, we also have someone who needs to dialysis everyday. They can't even give us a restoration time. All we have is a blown fuse on our transformer. They haven't even replaced that transformer as there fuse keeps blowing. I have been waiting 22 days for a meter installation. You can never speak to a supervisor. Everyday it's rescheduled and the technician Odell is lazy as ever. Entergy is a sorry company with no remorse. Still no meter since scheduled appt Aug 1st.
