How can Entergy refuse to issue customer refunds for fees that wrongfully charged to their customers? Isn’t this considered theft???
Entergy had been raising pricings and constantly changing how they charge for services. United Way pledged to pay part of my bill and then Entergy's reps every time I called for the last 2 months said they could see the payment was being processed and not to pay it. I paid what I was told would be the difference.
