This company is trash every single time. It rains a little bit. The power goes out and it's always the same people so obviously something needs to be fixed like it says on their website that they thoroughly fix the situations but obviously not. If I get hard rain on July 5th, power goes out then get hard right again on July 13th and the power goes out with no lightning. No hail, no thunder. Not heavy wind. Just rain

What kind of energy company isn’t open on a SATURDAY!!!! FIRST of all the payment system when you call in is trash, talks to quickly and does not verify what amount you’re paying.
