I’ve been trying to get my building connected to electricity for six months now—still no progress. Entergy is a monopoly and the only provider in this area, and they couldn’t care less about their customers or their needs. I'd give 0 stars if that was an option. I wish I didn't have to pay so much just to have service that consistently goes out. Literally five times in the last 6 weeks. This is ridiculous. A friend who lives 2 miles away is with a different company. He rarely has service issues and his bill is a fraction of mine. If you want reliable electricity I'd recommend staying out of the part of Southeast Texas Entergy covers.

They told me deposit was waived after I paid an old bill now there threatening to cut off my power over a deposit and my mom is 76 in bad health on oxygen
