The worst light compaby ever do nothing but increase their prices. My bill for 2 days of staying at my house was over 550$ for just 2 days. The bill before was 250$ now tell me how a bill can jump that much for 2 days of staying at a house???? Ridiculous and all customer service can do is tell you that their readings are accurate. Well of course the bill for 550$ is accurate when they get the money.

The National Grid Electric is out of control with their prices. Sometimes, I think I am paying for the whole Caruso Farm Estates! Has any paid over one thousand dollars in 2 months? Ridiculous They don't even deserve one star..

Customer service is the worst. Been trying to get a billing issue (I have not been billed in over 3 months) resolved and its next to impossible. They said they would send someone out, had a full 3 day window and never showed up. Sitting on hold forever and people that promise to call back or follow up never do. I wouldn't chase this but I cant chance them cutting off my service because they have failed to send a bill and do not know how much I owe then it taking days for my service to get cut back on.
