Ripping off disabled veterans. I had an account at an apartment they debited every month automatically. When I bought a house they never billed me for the last payment. 4 years later, I got a collection notice. They had my phone number and contact information. Terrible company. After reading all these other reviews about this company, I think I'll report them to the Attorney General and possibly the FTC.
Minimum 2 times a year got a outage with not razon ENTERGY is a third word service . When we call they never give a estimate time to fix and they don't know what causing the outage. MANY SUPERVISER ,MANEGERS JUST SEAT IN OFFICE all of you get out and work in the field. Many polls very old to replace and lot thing to do.
MEHonaise. Fly farts and we lose power. Must be tough because they definitely can't figure it out.
This company terrible It’s just cold with no snow yet but the power already out . Take so long to restore .
