Been a residential customer for about five years. Any time there is a slight storm 50/50 chance that there will be an outage be prepared. 07/02/2025 Perfect weather sunny clear skies and power is out, is structural power lines bad or…? Is it something else they don’t tell us. Customers are left in the dark.
Can’t get a live person to help and they bill you for the following month before current month due date.
