Entergy Texas my power has been out since noon and I’m busting getting a text right now saying a crew is going out to investigate? The real feel outside is 101 degrees and it’s not a priority for peoples power to be on? The estimated restoration time has been pushed by twice now and this happens every couple of months…if I pay my bills why can’t you keep my power on?
Been a residential customer for about five years. Any time there is a slight storm 50/50 chance that there will be an outage be prepared. 07/02/2025 Perfect weather sunny clear skies and power is out, is structural power lines bad or…? Is it something else they don’t tell us. Customers are left in the dark.
